McGriff commits to Auburn over FSUJustin HokansonTALLAHASSEE, Fla. | Leon (Fla.) athlete D'Anfernee McGriff committed to Auburn over Florida State during a ceremony at his high school on Tuesday afternoon.McGriff holds offers from Auburn, Florida State, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama and many more.Florida State led for McGriff, who has Florida State fans within his family, until a visit to Auburn at the end of March. McGriff left the visit naming Auburn his leader, in front of Florida State. McGriff returned to Auburn this past Saturday for the Tigers' spring A-Day game."The dorm rooms are great, the campus life is nice. The food was awesome, the facilities -- I felt at home when I got here. The players were fun to talk to. It was nice, if I come here they will treat me like family," McGriff told AuburnSports.com following his first visit to Auburn in March.McGriff, 6-foot-3, 225 pounds, was recruited to Auburn by Auburn co-offensive coordinator/receivers coach Dameyune Craig. McGriff is an athlete slated to play multiple positions for Auburn, including slot receiver, outside receiver and wildcat quarterback. McGriff's role will be similar to how Auburn uses junior wideout Ricardo Louis.McGriff is Auburn's 10th commitment of the 2015 class and fourth commitment in the last four days.Sprayberry (Ga.) offensive tackle Bailey Sharp and Jacksonville (Fla.) Rivals250 safety Ben Edwards committed on Saturday, and Creekside (Ga.) offensive guard Marquel Harrell committed on Monday. Mill Creek (Ga.) Rivals250 offensive guard Kaleb Kim could be commitment number five in six days when he announces between Auburn and Georgia on Thursday.
