When is it okay to show naked people on facebook? I thought that this is not allowed. I thought that the rule of facebook is to not show naked people so everyone can see.

And then the same person about an hour later...

What is wrong with this picture. Facebook can post this picture and article of a transsexual woman and it be okay, but truckers are protesting about
what is wrong with our country and facebook has a problem with this. Go figure.

I didn't even read this one, but look how long this post is!

It seems like there are a whole bunch of disgruntled Republicans who have joined the Libertarian ranks. While I think that's great, there are some things you need to understand about libertarians before you go around calling yourself one:
1) Libertarians are NOT Republicans - despite the fact that the media loves to use "libertarian" as a pejorative when referring to republicans, this is simply not the case.
While we are for small government, private enterprise and minimal/no taxes, we are also for personal freedom...
2) "Personal freedom" means ALL personal freedoms, not just "stuff I like".
Again, while we are against gun laws and business regulations, we ALSO support the elimination of drug laws, DUI laws, anti gay marriage laws, anti-abortion laws, the Patriot Act, the militarization of the police forces - anything that restricts personal freedom.
Yes, that often means supporting the rights of people you personally don't like or agree with on religious or personal grounds.
If any of that conflicts with your own beliefs, then you either need to get over it or get back to the GOP.
3) We don't support war or imperialism
Yes, it sucks for you that the Bush/Cheney Project For a New American Century failed so miserably, and that Bush actually lied to you about WMDs so he could invade Iraq.
But you're not going to get much sympathy from most of us, as we are against imperialism, the military industrial complex, and a worldwide US military presence to begin with.
If you have recognized that the "superpower" system has failed, great; welcome.
If you're just calling yourself a libertarian to hide your shame at all the BBS posts you made declaring the Iraqis would "welcome us as liberators", that's a problem.
4) unlike the GOP, libertarian ideology does not march in lockstep.
If you hadn't noticed, there are a wide variety of often competing and conflicting opinions and views under the Libertarian umbrella.
We spend more time arguing with each other than we do arguing with other parties.
If you're expecting to come in here and have every post greeted with and "Amen choir" like they do on Free Republic, you're in for a shock...
5) Bullying and slurs don't work here.
You can't pull that Rush Limbaugh/Bill O'Reilly crap here and expect to be taken seriously. As a group, we're just too diverse (and honestly, too intelligent) for that crap to work.
Also, calling someone a "liberal" has ZERO effect as an epithet, since
a) We ARE liberal about many things
b) we don't think along a liberal/conservative dichotomy to begin with.
Just wanted to get that off my chest.

I really should delete mine.  None of those posts are by my friends.  They're just my Facebook "friends." 

In fact, my close friends rarely post on Facebook.  Hell, I only post on Facebook maybe once every two weeks.
