No it's not what you think.  Apparently she's taken an interest in politics.     I'm not sure how to really comment on this...so I'll leave it to Stewie... :stewie:

Anyway, for those interested here's her response to McCain's recent ad comparing Obama's celebrity status to her and Brittney (I'll let you find that ad yourself on JohnMcCain.com...in the meantime; I'm really having second thoughts about posting this but, hey, ya gotta have a little fun with politics...especially this year's horrible campaign:

She's about as much of an empty suit (granted its a bathing suit) as Obama.  The more celebrities like Hilton speak out for Obama the more he will lose the over 30 vote.  Your typical red state voter hates the liberal hollywood elite.

If Obama keeps talking Paris and tire inflation i think we might actually have a chance in this thing.

Maybe.  Obama is showing signs of stalling in the polls but he's still averaging ahead of McCain in the homogenous polling done by RealClearPolitics.com.  This election is going to be really tight but with Obama running as the Democrat Socialist candidate and McCain running as the RINO the results are less predictable.  Had Hillary gotten the nomination I think that she would certainly have won by carrying every blue state plus Ohio (or maybe Florida).

Obama is not that predictable.  He may not carry New Hampshire (a state where McCain is strong) or Ohio or Florida but he might win Virginia and North Carolina.  And, then again, Obama might not win Pennsylvania.

Who knows?

But all things considered I think that the fates are favoring the Dems this year.  I hope that I'm wrong.  At least we can enjoy some political humor with ads like this one.
