I really don't have a good before pic.
I think I'm in a different kind of diet than everyone else. I'm only about ten pounds overweight.
I'm mainly trying to be healthy, be in shape, and not be like my father. He's my height and 250 pounds. I can't let that happen.
165 pounds today.
Unless you're a 3 foot tall midget, I'd say you're not very over-weight. I do recall you saying your vertically challenged. I am too (5'8"), and I'm not giving my weight, the pics will be embarrassing enough. I have had to fight it all my life. I'll never weigh what all those recommended weight charts say I should. At 19, when I graduated Basic and Infantry training I was in the best shape of my life, and was 185lbs, which is about 30lbs over what most charts say I should weigh. When I was policing, at one time, I was running 30 miles a week, and working out with weights 4 days a week, and still had to watch what I ate to keep my weight under 200. Most folks I know that run like that eat all they want with little problem. The minute I quit running and working out, I ballooned. I don't care if some of the skinny fucks here think they have to fight it...I've seen some of these guys "fighting it" at the gym, half ass working out by doing a few curls and admiring their "guns" in the mirror, and jogging for a few minutes on a treadmill...some folks have to fight it harder than others. It's not like cigarettes, beer, or cocaine that I don't need to live. I can't live without my "drug of choice" which happens to be food, I have to control my intake. Top that off with a sedentary job, and a 30 min commute to work, and I have to make up a lot with exercise, and limit my intake severely. I don't know how you're built...you may be predisposed to gain, can't say.
