Any evidence other than the shirt is maroonish?

The color of his shirt in the mugshot is the same color as the team he coached.

He was supposedly arrested at the game.

Don't think we can count this one.
Some may call that first picture weak evidence, but Uncle Sani calls the second picture a week's worth of evidence............

Authorities in Franklin County arrested several people during two separate meth busts at an apartment complex.

On Monday, drug unit investigators went to Eastside Plaza Apartments to check on information about people who were making methamphetamine. Investigators found three one-pot meth labs, two acid generators, two backpacks filled with meth ingredients, and meth oil.

The agents arrested Linda Leuheisel, Dewayne Lolley, Amber Batchelor, Cory McIllwain, and Anjelica Atchley.

Investigators said Athcley's infant child was also in the apartment.

All five suspects were charged with unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, trafficking methamphetamine, chemical endangerment of a child, and drug paraphernalia.

Atchley was also charged with two counts of attempt to manufacture a controlled substance.

At another meth bust on Thursday, investigators went to the same apartment complex. They found another infant in that apartment when they were granted access. According to investigators, there was an active meth lab on the other side of the wall from the baby's crib.

Several active meth labs were found inside the apartment.

Agents arrested Randall Oneal Baker, Sheena Baker, and Michael Hudson Franklin. All three were charged with unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, trafficking methamphetamine, chemical endangerment of a child and drug paraphernalia.

The two apartments are within 50 feet of each other.

The drug task force targeted 63 people with a total of 94 warrants. Some of the suspects apprehended Wednesday weren’t very vocal, while others responded. “I’m innocent. Roll Tide,” said Heath McDonald. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He admitted to not having prescriptions for the pills he was taking.

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

A father and son suspected of stealing parts from toilets at Birmingham-area restaurants are now in custody.

A total of five Birmingham restaurants were hit on Wednesday, including the McAllister's, Guthries and Waffle House near UAB.

Police had photos of a white-haired gentlemen, plus a description of the suspects' green F150 truck.

The truck was spotted at a Chevron gas station at the corner of 29th Street and Clairmont Avenue a little before noon on Thursday. Police arrived and took the duo into custody without incident.

Birmingham police Lt. Sean Edwards said parts from the toilets, such as flushing valves, were turning up at scrapyards. Police believe one of the suspects is a plumber and may have been selling the stolen parts for scrap.

Metal toilet parts were also recently stolen from urinals inside the Captain D's, Arby's and Church's Chicken in Forestdale. The parts aren't made of coppers, so they don't have much value.

Police have not yet said if the thefts in Forestdale and Birmingham are connected, but an investigator with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office was on the scene when the duo was arrested in Birmingham.

Check back with this story for updates.

That's a whiskey dent on the drivers side if I have ever seen one.
That or a "we lost the fuckin game, because of a buncha bullshit" dent caused by the head of the guy's wife or girlfriend.

They were mainly after the big white mints.  Scrapping the low grade metal for meth money was just gravy.

I never knew Marcel smokes the spice. Why didn't he come to Auburn then?

It was that damn Michael Dyer that hooked him up after the Iron Bowl and got him all addicted.  Typical Auburn thuggery.

Here's a case where the updyke isn't the criminal.   That is unless you consider extreme stupidity prosecutable.

That guy was still sending money to them, even after he knew it was a scam?   That "man" should have his balls cut off so that he can't populate the world with his stupidity.
