Because Cliff Ellis was doing some shady shit. He got fired because of it, and then players started bailing. I think Cliff let his players do whatever the fuck they wanted and when Lebo came in, they couldn't take the work. All our good players left...

 Lebo’s gone 4-12, 4-12, 7-9 and 4-12. Looks like a pattern.

Okay, all the good players left.  That's one excuse.  All the good players are injured.  All the good players are at other schools.  All the good players are whipping our ass twice a week.  At what point do you start asking for accountability?

Why did all the players leave?  When Lebo walked in the door, Marco Killingsworth, Lewis Monroe and Dewayne Curtis walked out.  I think we had 6'8" Brandon Robinson who didn't make his grades if I recall correctly.  The following year, Tony Douglas bolts for FSU.  There have certainly been others.  My questions are first, why did everyone pack their bags?  Second, had we not had mass exodus and these guys played...where would we be?  I don't think anyone could deny we'd be a regular participant at the Big Dance.  And where would we be recruiting-wise had these folks stayed?

I've heard all that shit about Douglas' dad and Curtis wanted to follow a coach etc.  Bottom line, Lebo walked in, they walked out.  Indiana didn't seem to have a problem with Marco when he hung about 30+ on Duke.  Ole Miss has been more than happy with 6'9" Curtis and FSU doesn't seem to care what Douglas' dad thinks.

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

Cliff could recruit, but he was a shitty coach. Unfortunately, his good players left when he did.

Lebo is a better coach than Cliff, but he doesn't seem to be able to get enough good players.

If I cared more about basketball, this would worry me.

I like Lebo too but I got to admit that you do have a point asking that question.  Being a Tarheel fan, of course, I have noted that we've had some injuries too this season which costs us two games and nearly bought us to disaster for at least four more games that I can think of off-hand; and, it surprised me at the weaknesses of the Tarheel depth.  Obviously that is more dramatic with Lebo's team but like you say..."at what point do you start asking for accountability?"

I'd give him another chance...
