I have hated him for YEARS.  And the bammer homerism stayed true last night.  I have never heard him call a non-bammer game where he did not mention bammer at least once.  granted, last night he was mentioning the Penn State game he will be calling next weekend, but he kept on talking about it even after the commercial...

The way Muskyburger was talking last night, I could have sworn he was slob'n on the knob of a brute Bronco during commercial break. He was going on and on and on and....about how good they looked and how deserving they were. It was until late in the 3rd quarter that he actually mentioned that V Tech had a chance at the BSC as well.

On a semi-related note.  Listened to Tim Brando some this morning, who I can't stand but he's all I've got along with Findbong now that one of our local stations dropped ESPN.  Dammmmmit.  Anyway, Brando was going on about loving the BSU win because he thinks it will be the fly in the BCS ointment and move us closer to doing away with this system if the Boise State Brownmommy parts make it to the championship game.  Could be....however, he reads an email where some guy makes the argument of how weak their schedule is and how BSU has no bidnezz playing for a championship. Brando rips into the emailer.

Brando talks about how good Utah State and Wyoming and Troy and Miami of Ohio and La. Tech etc. are.  He talks baout how stupid the guy is and if he doesn't think those are great programs, he has no credibility and on and on.

I don't understand why people are so worried?  The BCS computers are going to crush BS's soul when their rankings are released due to the lack of strength of schedule.

I can see an argument being made for a crappy system either way things turn out for Boise. I do believe they also went undefeated in 04. The reason why I say this is, is because if they do go undefeated and are not in the championship game you hear the Bronco loving media harping on how we need a playoff system. For the last week I have heard nothing but love for them and I can see all this unfolding to be a big cluster at the end of the season.

I still think they get in.  If they're the only undefeated team at the end of the year and the SEC champ and Big 12 champ both have one loss, I guarantee you the media will be going more homer on Boise State than they did USC back in 2004-2007.

A couple of things still have to happen.  #1 or 2 has to lose...and BSU has to stay unbeaten.  And a team like a Big XII Champ could jump them by virtue of playing a championship game...but BSU does not under any circumstance leapfrog ANY BCS conference team ahead of them without the higher ranked team losing.
