So can you change it?  A later start time works better for me as well.  I'll be working late tomorrow night unfortunately. 9:00 PM Eastern works a hell of a lot better for me then 8:00 PM Eastern.  9:30 Eastern even....

Fantasy Baseball can take as much time as you want it to take.  It's pretty involved - you have to change your lineup daily (unlike football, where you change it weekly).  If you don't have at least 10-15 minutes a day to spend on it, you'll probably lose interest. 

I prefer it to Football mainly because it is so involved.
