That character can be carried off without physically battering someone.

I never said there was groping, only that you could not definitively say that there was not.

SOCIOPATH?  Jesus Christ, dude.

He's been doing this act for 50 years.  The leering, politically incorrect, sexual god.  It's part of who he is.  The guy loves this country, loves his wife, loves his kids.  But when he's in public he's ALWAYS "on."  He's always Gene Simmons.  It's nothing new.  For this fudgeing bitch to sue him for doing what he's done pretty much every day for the last 50 years -- and what she knew she was getting in the first place -- reeks of golddigging.  fudge her.

As for there being groping or not?  You can't say with certainty that there was.

I've met Gene three times and in each of those instances he put his hands on me in some way or another.  I guess I should sue the sociopath.

Believe it or not, it's not Big Belly Bubba at Ole Miss. It's not Gump Pruitt at Tennessee (even though that one's pretty bad).

Herm Edwards at Arizona State.  What the hell were they thinking?

While ASU made the worst hire, the worst fanbase award has to go to Tennessee.  Celebrating that Gump, bragging that they are 'back' and claiming the best coaching staff in college football?  They crazy.

All I'm saying is that Gene is a known snake. He makes no pretense otherwise.  If you choose to be in the company of a snake, you cannot be offended if that snake bites you.

His carefully crafted character is not carte blanche to act like a sociopath.  Fiction remains just that.

There was no "groping."

There is absolutely no way that you can know that.

That defense will probably fly for the mid-interview "innuendos" but it's worth fudge all for the off-air groping the “'forcibly flicked/struck' her in the throat" parts of the suit.

The defense was mine and made up.

Most of this is fudgeing ridiculous to me.  But suing Gene for being Gene and doing what he does, has always done and will always do -- because it's part and parcel of the public persona he projects? Asinine.
Colin Firth sticks his tongue out near your neck for a photo then that's unusual behavior.  If Gene DOESN'T that's outside the norm.

There was no "groping."  That word has been stretched to include even the most mundane acts.  Being highly offended and outraged at pretty much EVERY traditional male behavior is destroying the gender.  That's an argument for another day, however.

Gene Simmons sued for harassment.

In response to the suit, the attorney for Mr. Simmons said: "Have you seen a KISS video?  Read the lyrics to any KISS song?  Seen Mr. Simmons in any interview in the history of humanity? This is akin to suing a lightbulb for emitting light."

Mr Simmons himself had this to say:

I really think if they had made this trilogy 100 years in the future from the end of Jedi, I'd like it a lot more.  I just can't get over that when I watch the end of Return, I see the heroes at the end, and I know that one will be a shootty father, and leave his kid, one will be a shootty instructor, and run and be a hermit on some island, and the other will be so shootty at her job, that the organization she devoted her life to fighting comes back bigger and badder.

Those damned strokes again.  I think they've done a pretty masterful job of tying the old and new together.  It brought in the old fans and is creating a new generation of Star Wars geeks.

I enjoyed the shoot out of it.

Diff'rent strokes, I guess.

I added a name to your RB list

Asa Martin is 6' 195lbs...he'll add weight before next season. Also, Auburn is looking at 3* Wetumpka RB Kavosiey Smoke (5'11" 215lbs) in case both KJ and Pettway jump to the NFL.

Watched him play in the 6A championship game.  Kid is a hoss.
